  • Sunday is fun day for families at Ku De Ta…

It’s glam, it’s hot, it’s luxe, and this beachside institution is THE place to see and be seen in Seminyak.  If you are a Bali first-timer then a sunset cocktail session here is a must.

Crowds flock to this venue to watch the golden sun dip down into the Indian Ocean at the days end, whilst sipping drinks, people watching and generally looking (or trying to look) cool.

Never fear, kids are always welcome here, and there is always plenty of them, looking tanned and super cute,  splashing in the pool, twirling and dancing to the funky DJ tunes, or just running amock and having fun on the large grassy lawn area.

But Sunday is the day when little people really rule, as it’s the weekly Family Dayze event at Ku De Ta. Brunch and lunch is served up alongside all kinds of fun activities including face-painting, jumping castles, balloons, games and an amazing kiddie-craft area.

There is pizza, sushi, bread and dips and other nibbles for the family to share, or there is a fantastic healthy kids lunch menu too – our girls recently enjoyed the bangers and mash for Sunday lunch which was excellent quality and included a side of steamed veggies too.

Keep an eye out for extra special fun-filled family events held at Easter and Christmas.

Ku De Ta is open for breakfast from 8am on Sunday, with the kids activities on between 11am – 3pm.

PS – Ku De Ta also makes for the perfect romantic date night dining spot sans enfants. Go on, treat yourself and book that babysitter!
